Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
Ball Cards has no accounts, no servers and no tracking. Your levels, stars, streak, album, awards and settings stay on your iPhone.
1.Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app Ball Cards (the “App”) handles information. The App does not collect, store on our servers, sell or share any personal data, and it does not track you. The App is operated by its developer as listed on the App Store (“we”, “us”).
2.What we don't collect
- We do not ask you to create an account or sign in.
- We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos or device identifiers.
- The App contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party SDKs.
- The App makes no network requests and has no server of its own.
3.Data on your device
The App keeps your data locally on your iPhone: the levels you cleared and their stars, the leagues you opened, your Today's puzzle streak, Training results, the cards in your album and how often you played them, your awards and season stats, an unfinished move if you leave the App mid-level, and your settings (sound, haptics, daily reminder, tutorial).
This data never leaves your device through us. It is removed when you delete the App, and “Reset progress” in the Profile tab erases your progress. If you use iCloud or device backups, this data may be included in those backups under Apple's own privacy terms.
5.Saving to Photos
If you tap Save on a share card, iOS asks for permission to add images to your photo library. This permission only lets the App add the card; the App cannot see or read your photos.
6.Notifications
With your permission, the App schedules a local daily reminder about Today's puzzle on your device. No push notification service or token is used, and nothing is sent to us. You can turn the reminder off at any time in Profile → Daily reminder or in iOS Settings.
7.Sounds and haptics
Game sounds are bundled with the App and play from your device, and haptics use the iPhone's built-in engine. Neither involves any data collection.
8.Crash reports
If you have chosen in iOS Settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and performance statistics. These reports do not identify you and are used only to fix bugs. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
9.Contacting support
If you email us or use the contact form on this website (which opens your own email app), we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to answer your request, do not share them with anyone, and delete the correspondence once it is no longer needed to help you or when you ask us to.
10.This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking. It is served through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address for a short time to deliver the pages securely and protect against abuse. Fonts and images are hosted on this website itself.
11.Children's privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
12.Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK or the CCPA in California), you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you and to object to its processing. The App itself holds no personal data on our side: all your data is under your control on your device and can be deleted with “Reset progress” or by deleting the App. For any support emails you sent us, write to the address below and we will delete them. We do not sell or share personal information.
13.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
